...and I am very pleased because I am now nearly back to where I was in November, before the dreaded lurgies struck! Will hopefully manage a10 miler (16k) next weekend and then maybe (just maybe) I will be ready for the Bath Half in March!๐๐๐๐ฝโโ๏ธHappy running this weekend to everyone.๐

I am... I have had three great runs this week..one on New Year's day... one on Tuesday and a super one on Friday...I managed a speedy 3K..the rest of the run was slow, but I was thrilled.. like you, felt back on track! I am hoping to get a post out soon!!!
