Week 3 Run 3 went a bit off plan

I was feeling 'Ok' towards the end of my final 5 min run so decided to see if I could do another minute using the 5 min cool down timer on the app. Managed 1 so went for 2, ended up doing all 5 mins so 10 in total (I still did the cool down walk). Was that a silly thing to do - I know it's not on plan but I thought it was interesting to see if I could do a little bit more

Ooh now I don't know, I overdid it without realising and am paying the price. So as I sit here, I would ask you to be careful and take it slow and steady. I don't wish to be a killjoy, but take your time, savour every sweet moment and enjoy 😊 happy running 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏻👏🏻👏🏻😀😀

Thanks I was worried I might live to regret it! Think it was driven by worrying about Week 5 and whether I could do it!
