Well! I can't believe how good that actually felt! I actually finished the whole this and at the end of my second 3 minute run/slow jog i was still a way from home and i felt like i could carry on so i did and the next thing i know she was telling me the 5 minute cool down walk was over and i had actually ran/slow jogged for 8 minutes! I was still around 10 minutes from home so finished the rest of the way home at my normal cool down pace to make sure i didn't over do it. I actually enjoyed it this evening and felt so good to be able to complete it after worrying about the two 3 minute runs. π Today is a great day π

Very well done! I did the same one today and was pleased just to do the essential running. I did do it all in an outbound direction and then walk home though.

That's amazing! Now you know you can do the longer stretches! I might try that for my run tomorrow but wont push it. Be glad to complete the 3mins but see how it goes.x
