A little surprised to hear "2 x 5 minute runs" before I'd done the warm up. I had to do it in the middle of the heat of the day too because of a docs appointment later. I couldn't believe it, I did the whole thing without a problem. Not even an ache!!! I actually started crying with pride afterwards on the cool down walk. If someone had told me 4 weeks ago I'd do a 16 min jog in half an hour I'd have died laughing. Was 57 on Sunday too. Chuffed to bits. Yaaay
