Really new to all this never run before in my life, other than for trains and taxis etc.... So far I've done 2 runs of week 1, 3rd run tonight. Feeling really positive and looking forward to it at the minute but there will be moans from me along the way when I'll need a bit of push

Hello, gets harder running for trains & taxis doesn't it! I know, I couldn't run for a bus, then did c25k, now I could run for England! Well, not quite but, a heck of a lot better on a sprint and I'm 61! So if I can do it you can!.
Now you've started a decent pair of running shoe's are needed with good cushioning, if you haven't got them already (look after your feet & legs) they needn't cost the earth, and take it slow & steady, we're here if you need any advice/help with the programme, Good luck!😊
You are on your way to a wonderful world of new experiences and insights - just take it slow and steady, trust the programme, read as many posts here as possible for advice and guidance and you too will have "Graduate" beside your name probably sooner than you think is possible now
Hi! Before doing this program I never had a complete run under my belt either. Now here I am scheduling post graduation runs and signing up for 5k fun runs! You can do it. We will definitely cheer you on as you accomplish your goals 😃. Good luck!
Welcome - and happy running. This forum is great for support. We all moan once in awhile - someone here will promptly give you a motivational boot to the backside. So keep posting!
