Hi all. As you can tell by the title, I'm new to this running lark. Haven't ran since I stopped playing football 35 years ago. Didn't run much then either as I always played in goal. But now its time to start on the Bucket List and learning to run 5K as part of a Triathlon is a new target. 2 weeks in and going well.

Hi! Hope you enjoy the process! I swim on non-run days, 3x a week, it works well with running - top half exercised in the pool, legs on the run 😂

My swimming is better because of the running and my breathing is better on the running because of swimming 😁
