Stick with it. It's not supposed to be easy but your confidence will grow each time you run. Just remember the programme works and to go "slow and steady" and you will reach whatever goal you have set for yourself. Also, give yourself a big pat on the back for getting out there. That can be a massive battle in its own right! Well done.

Oh and one great way to give yourself motivation, visit the forum frequently. I posted each of my runs and spent a lot of time reading other's stories. Very motivational and members give wonderful encouragement.
