Congratulations on joining the program, prepare to amaze yourself. Biggest single piece of advice you will get is that it's not a race and speed is not important. The whole point of the C25K is to build stamina and get you running for 30 minutes. Keep it slow and if you are finding it difficult slow down some more.

I just did my first run and I feel ok as well. I am not a runner 🏃♀️ but I really want to get fit and shed a bit of weight. I want to do a triathlon in May. I will follow your progress!!
