Just completed my very first run/workout and although o feel good now let's see what later brings. Looking forward to the rest of the training

Hello Dan41, great for getting started just go slow and slower again and make sure you're drinking plenty water about 2-3 litres per day and not just on run days.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Such a great feeling to complete W1:1 🎈 Soak away any aches in an Epsom salt bath. It does wonders. Go for a walk on your rest day and you will be ready to tackle 1:2 . Well done👍👏

Well done for getting started, later you might fall asleep we used to in the early runs before we got really used to the extra exercise in our lives
