Hi, I've literally added the app. I have always wanted to run because of its health benefits and it's free (sort of). But I'm crap at running. So I'm gonna try this couch to 5k see if it helps

Well done on downloading the app 😊 couch to 5k will really help, believe in the plan and believe in yourself, I struggled to do the first 60 seconds of running in the first week and now I'm in week 9 and have 1 run left! Good luck on your journey ☺️

Welcome. Everybody is a beginner when we start here, and we all remember what it was like, so you’ll find plenty of help & support if you need it. There’s a pinned post for beginners by IannodaTruffe that is really good and full of helpful links to all sorts of info. Enjoy your runs! 👍👏🏼

Hallo Moons09 and welcome to C25K and this forum! You’ll find loads of advice and support here and there’s no such thing as a silly question. If you’re new to running, as I was, you might find a UTube clip on Japanese Slow Running interesting. For me, it’s been a godsend. Good luck and let us know how you get on!
