Well I've not been on for a week or so. I've been weighed and I'm 3/4 of a lb off my stone mark. 3.5 lb from my next stone bracket and have completed wk7r2 legs were tierd and heavy but my breathing was good. I still think I can walk faster than I run. HA ha ha
