I know it should have been a rest day after completing week 7 yesterday, but I'm on 4 x14 hour shifts next 4 days.... So I thought get out there , then go out on Monday for run 2...
What can I say new trainers still feel like bricks, inner thighs muscles must be getting used as they ache today lol.
Here's for the run part it was okay, when Laura said only 5 minutes left , I thought come on you can do this, you have done 25 minutes 4 times already. I kept saying to myself it's only 2 more dreadful songs and you've done it.... I did do it, I'm so pleased I did it , now need to rest up a few days then get back on track .... I can't believe I have come so far in 7 weeks... Thank you everyone
