Week 8 run 1 smashed it!

I posted earlier in the week about my inability to complete this run on Tuesday and having to stop after 10 minutes. So, I rested, rested and rested, and today, on a beautiful sunny Sunday morning I not only did it but got a PB too! That extra 3 minutes after week 7 seems like an eternity. I'm continually amazed by my mind tricks, the little voice that whispers "Just stop after 20 mins, you can if you want" which is drowned out by my inner lioness roaring "You can do this. You have no choice BUT to do this. Move your feet!"

To all of the larger people out there who think you can't do this, you CAN and you WILL. Rest if you need to, but you'll get there because honestly, if this fat bottomed girl can, then so can you!
