Week 6 R2 (again)

I think I am finally back to where I was before 4 weeks of man flu and sciatica blocked my path.

I started in early Jan and thought I'd be done by mid March! Anyway, have reset the expectations and decided that rewinding back to a previous week or re-doing a run if I've missed a few days is no bad thing - providing I can keep injury free.

Take it steady and slow.. lots of us were on the IC and had to build back up to speed:)

Wondered what had happened to you. Thanks for the update. I think you're right, you can't take it too slowly really but it is so easy to get hurt by running too hard, too fast, too often for your developing running legs
