Finally back in Cape Town so here is one last picture of another beautiful run - this time in Cape St Francis where I was able to do run 1 & 2 of week 6.

Now back to the treadmill and boring suburbs but running none the less!

It looks fab! I was there in December and did Greenpoint Parkrun! It's a lovely route and worth a look if you get the chance. There were quite a few of us parkrun tourists and we got a round of applause !

I also did Greenpoint earlier this year. Over 700 runners so it was a bit difficult to find any "tourists" - fun run though.

Park run has become quite big here - did one in Stellenbosch a few months ago with over 1000 people! Glad you enjoyed it! One day I will hopefully get to go over to the UK (pitty the Rand is so weak). Would be nice to try being a parkrun tourist

I am from Australia - was on a cruiseship berthed in Capetown for a couple of nights (including Saturday)

Green point run is great! Nice and flat! Might do it again in two weeks time (a bit of a drive to get there) Glad you enjoyed it!
