Hey everyone Iv not started yet due to start week six tomorrow just confused to why after running 20 mins am I going back to the shorter runs ?

Hope all your weeks have gone great and everyone enjoying the sunshine xx

It really helped me got over the fear that I would fail at longer runs, make the most of the couple of interval sessions 😊

Because the programme tells you to and as we all know, rule number one is Follow The Damn Programme.

That said, see how you get on with W6R1. If you find it too easy after W5R3, you will be in a select minority.

It is what you are ready for... the thing is... the programme is about more than just running... it is about discipline, pace changing and learning to go with the runs.... you can do this ... :)
