To start with, wait until the present heatwave is over, when the weather conditions change to cooler conditions, repeat week 5, run all 3 runs a little slower than you did the first time, by doing that you should be ready to start week 6
I can do week 5 and 6 but can’t make week 7 run 1 😒
Try to run on the coolest part of the day if possible, drink loads . If you think you're running slow then slow down even more . You can do it 😊
Tun early...or late...hydrate really really well, every single day..not just run days... and then slow down... and then slow down more... Also, at this point, start to up some of your rest day exercise...strength and stamina are needed when these runs get longer
Week 6 run 3 is the same as week 7 run 1 ? I can't remember, if it is you've already done it ! So you know you can do it. If it's not you just need to run for one more song ; ) slow slow and slow some more....you CAN do it
