Think I'm hooked!

CrochetingScallywag profile image

Did my 4th run today and repeated w1r3 because i had a little loss of confidence but I'm so glad i did, when i finished i couldn't keep the grin off my face, I wasn't too out of breath and my legs didn't feel like i had lead in my shoes. Ready and excited to move onto week 2 I think I love this feeling 😃

Good job you like it, it’s gonna get more intense. Great job on week one, it’s not easy. Enjoy week 2.

Fantastic! It really is the best feeling in the world when you finish a run 😊. Good luck for week 2!

Isn’t it great when that happens! I am new to this too and only just on week 4 run 1 - which I completed last night and felt like I had run a marathon. As a 60+ I didn’t think I would enjoy this but Actually looking forward to the next run. Good luck with your next one!!!
