Nine weeks to the day since I started this wonderful program (9 Sept) and I've graduated this evening (11 Nov) π. Absolutely delighted.
My resting heart rate has dropped from 80bpm to 60bpm since I started, so I know it's working more efficiently now and that was my main aim - to increase my fitness levels β€οΈ
I am going to continue this journey, running at least 30 minutes three times a week, and see how I progress.
Thanks to all your likes and comments along the way - recording my progress like this and reading others similar journeys has really motivated me and kept me going π
Good luck to you all with your own personal C25K and trust in it - because it truly works ππ

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K, well done, you should be very proud of yourself, now go and celebrate your wonderful achievement ππΎ. π π
Yes, many runners have graduated from C25K more than once, some as many as 5 times, if I see the word Graduate next to a runner who has completed run 3 of week 9, I just congratulate them without telling them to tell the administrators where to get their graduation badge.
Wahey...Huge congratulations on your fantastic achievement πͺππππππ. Really pleased for you; you must feel great, and so you should. And you got your resting heart rate down. .. keep on keeping on...and enjoy the rest of your journeyππππ
Well done graduate! Gear achievement πͺπ» i have only just got around to wearing my smart watch so have no idea what my heart rate was or is π€£ I best check! I did do my blood pressure the other day and that's really high, I need tips on getting that bad boy down!
Checked my heart rate and it's resting at 60 so I think that's decent? Yeah high BP runs in the family so I should be careful with it, gonna try to lose 20-30lbs now I've built my fitness up a bit and hopefully that will help π€π» if not be a trip to the docs π€¦πΌββοΈ
Thanks Jill. Chuffed to bits. And each run of Week Nine has seen a slight improvement so it's all going in the right direction. Must, must, must keep it up this time. There's still loads to work on - pace, distance, improving my diet, weight loss - so plenty to strive for ππ
Thatβs brilliant, glad youβre feeling so positive. Itβs great to have so much to work towards but try to just have a single short term goal to focus on so it doesnβt all overwhelm you. And donβt forget to celebrate! π Xx
Woop woop πππ well done on your graduation mb - fantastic achievement. The stats are great when you can see how your health is improving too πππ¦
Well done, you've done it again, bet your chuffed to bits, i think it's only us, on this programme, who really understand, how big this is, to run for 30 mins. That's also a pretty good pace, better than mine tonight 8.39 /km. Anyway, enjoy the moment again, and look forward to reading your consolidation posts! π
