So, work is getting in the way but done my three days of week 7 over a week and a half, never mind all done now!
When I started this programme I looked on in awe at those staying they'd completed week 6/7 so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself right now π.
The 25 minute runs haven't been easy and I'm sure my legs were screaming at me at 12, 15, 20 minutes but I just dialled the run down a touch briefly, let it pass, and then built back up. And when she says 1 minute left that's when I really go!!!!

Well done, I'm a bit jealous being stuck all week with a chest infection, and still to do my last W7 r3 run. Sun is just coming out so might take some lozenges and give it a go this p.m.
After I sent my msg just went and did it Wk7 r3. Found it tuff but dug-in now feeling good mentally. Roll-on Monday Wk8. Having done 4 x 25 min runs now I am a runner.
