So, work is getting in the way but done my three days of week 7 over a week and a half, never mind all done now!
When I started this programme I looked on in awe at those staying they'd completed week 6/7 so I'm feeling pretty pleased with myself right now π.
The 25 minute runs haven't been easy and I'm sure my legs were screaming at me at 12, 15, 20 minutes but I just dialled the run down a touch briefly, let it pass, and then built back up. And when she says 1 minute left that's when I really go!!!!
