Can't believe it! Nearly cried with happiness. I actually can run continually for 20 mins. How did that happen?? Kept thinking back to week 1 when I could hardly breathe and was counting to get through to the next bit. Fantastic program that does what it says. Had got this couch potato to 20 mins. Woo hoo!

I've just finished week one yesterday and was out of breath at the end.  I find your post inspiring as I can't imagine being able to run non-stop for twenty minutes - thank you :-)

You will be amazed how you slowly build it up. I wouldn't have thought it possible. I look forward to following your progress!

That is the run when you realise as long as you've put the previous work in, the challenge is mental more than physical - and that's where this brilliant forum comes in - loads of encouragement. Well done indeed.

Well done Scooby! I did this run with my son this morning and although this is my third time round trying to complete the programme (darn those injuries and illnesses!) it felt none the less victorious when I completed it 😃😃😃

Fantastic Dave, Well done !

I can still remember how I felt on completing that run. It was like I had won the FA Cup, the Boat Race, the Grand National, the Singles final at Wimbledon .....

What a feeling ! :-) xxx

Well done - it's a great sense of achievement! I remember squealing when Laura said I could walk on that one and startling a lady at the bus stop!
