I did it! I didn’t prepare very well as I did have one too many glasses of wine 🍷 last night, but I was determined to do it.

Amazed that in only 5 weeks I have lost 7lbs and can run for 20 minutes.

Onwards and upwards! 😀👏

I know what you mean. It certainly makes me feel more confident in my ability to one day run 5k.

Well done on running run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks 🚶 and runs 🏃
