I DID IT!!!! so proud of myself. 20 mins non stop . Feel great. . Paced myself. Struggled at 15 but kept going ... yeah... onwards and upwards ..

I am wondering though what pace i should be aiming at? Does it matter? I see runners out going much faster .

Congratulations!! πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰ It's such a fantastic feeling, isn't it! Don't worry about pace, for now it's about getting to the point where you can run (or shuffle of you're like me!) for 30 minutes. You can work on speed later πŸ™‚

Thank you . Shuffling is a good description .

Booooom

Well done. A great marker in this brilliant programme. Pace is very individual but I'd go slow and steady and experiment more the further down the line you go.

Congratulations, it’s a milestone achievement πŸŽ‰πŸŽ‰! If you read lots of posts on here you will know that the mantra is steady and slow. It’s about stamina not speed. 🐌 and 🐒 all the way. πŸ‡ comes later and even then it’s just a number. Personally I’m going to aim for 5K after graduation, because I’m nowhere near that at my speed currently and then consolidate. If I get faster or not so be it, I’m just amazed that I ran 28 mins non stop this morning with this brilliant programme. Onwards and upwards!
