Great but shocked at running 20 mins but did it ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐ฎ๐,amazing feeling and full of cold but I would not be beat ๐๐
Just started week 6 so cold this morning do went abit to fast to keep warm felt it in the middle 8 minute run so slowed down , lesson learned keep slow and steady ๐๐๐๐๐๐ended the run on 5 mins run ,still can't believe I'm running saw my shadow on the pavement and smiled that's me ,I'm a runner ,crazy ๐๐๐also signed up for fun run on 20th of this month a small run 3k but for charity so I'm so grateful to the plan as I know it will set me up to be able to run it and survive most importantly !!!๐๐๐๐ฏ
