Week 3 done finally

daniel_watson1708 profile image

After a few false starts week 3 is finally over for me. Monday night means fat club so after a week of naughty eating I decided to cheer myself up with w3r3. I drove to club half an hour early, parked my car and took off into the night.

Now onto week 4. Just had a peek at what's in store - scary stuff!

Well done. Hope the run went well. I go to SW on a Saturday morning and I am losing weight slowly but surely. I have noticed that since starting C25K my body shape has started to change and I've dropped a size even though the weight change on the scales hasn't been that dramatic so it's definitely making a difference.

Good luck with Week 4 x

Well done on your progress so far :)

don't look to far ahead , take each run as it comes :)

You'll be good with week 4, mind over matter! I don't think any of us on here actually believed we could do this and it would work... I'm the laziest, unfit madam who hated sports of all kinds and would avoid it at all costs, yesterday I ran for 25 mins non-stop. You CAN do it, and you'll feel fab! Good luck with the weight loss... Just remember muscle is a little heavier than fat, and you could well start to build some of that good stuff on this program. Go for it!

Worst thing you can do is look ahead - best just to focus on each run as it comes. Trust the programme - each run gets you ready for the next and you will be able to do it

Well done! I've just completed the first run of week three and haven't looked ahead yet. Three minutes solid running sounded scary enough!!
