did the last run on week 3 yesterday, but after having a few glasses of wine the night before it was really hard work! think I might have to leave the vino alone before a run. Not sure I am looking forward to week 4 but hope it goes ok. when laura says you should be feeling your stamina building up i'm not so sure! but anyway, despite feeling like I was going drop off the treadmill, I did the 3 minutes as required, so pleased with that. Hate the thought of repeating a week, so despite my concerns, am going to run straight into week 4.

Well done on completing w3. I never quite believed Laura when she said you are building stamina but as am now on w8 and can run for 28 minutes she was right afterall.

its so nice to get some encouraging comments, on my rest day today I thought I'd go for a nice bike ride as the weather is so gorgeous, 3/4 way round my chain dropped off so I had to walk the rest! I think my stamina must be increasing because I couldn't bike that far last year when I tried it! good luck to everyone else with the next week, think its going to be warm so might have to lose a few layers! and no, definitely still don't think of myself as a runner, just a nutter!
nutters are us lol . i do davina macall s dvd on my rest days but i have been thinking i would like to take my bike out too make the most of the lovely weather. its been really misty here today was gonna do my run while my boy was at his football training but i dont have a visibility jacket and couldnt see 3 foot in front of me so didnt think was a good idea had to resort to treadmill again grrr. hope to get bk on the road day after next though. week 4 was good though didnt think i'd make all the 5 mins but i did so all good.
