Not nervous at all about week 4... (Lying to myself) But it's the good kind of nervous! It's happened to me every single run, but once it's started I have mixed feelings: 50% of me thinks this is hard, 50% smiles and says but I'm making it and then I finish the run and I'm sorry it's finished!
Just wanted to share it because I feel really proud of having made it through 1/3 of the program and if anyone feels like me, well, you are not alone, and we are going to get to week 9 sooner or later!
Good night everyone 👻👻

I just did w4r1 and I know the feeling about a new week. The first run is the toughest - the 3 min runs were easy, and the 5 mins runs were just like the 3 min runs last week. I think I will be OK on run2, but I often think about that comment about repeating a week if necessary. If I needed to repeat a week to master it, none of its bad for me. Im sure you'll smash it!
