W3R3 Done!

I just got done with the W3R3 and I'm stoked! It's silly to feel so good about being able to run for just 3 minutes at a go (even if it was twice), but I think back on my first run and how I thought I was going to collapse when I got done and this feels like real progress. I've taken a little longer than I should (repeated a couple of runs) but I can't wait to move on to Wk 4!

Any advice for the 5 minute runs?

Well done! Just keep doing what you're doing, take it slow, and remember how good it feels when you 'crack' the next level :)

Not silly at all and you should feel proud🙂! This running journey goes way beyond the 9 weeks of the programme believe me, and it sounds like you have just the right attitude. Absolutely right to repeat the odd run if it helps your confidence. I had to take a massive break of 10 weeks when I got a calf injury at w8 (at work not whilst out running) and had to go back to the beginning of the programme! Graduated in October and am now running up to 10k, so learning to go with good days, bad days, illness and injury is all part of the game! Good luck and here's to w4👍.

Well done!!

I think a lot of people are daunted by the first 5 minute run. As always, take it nice and slowly, breathe deeply, and you'll get there. Laura lets you know how long you have left, too. You're ready for this :-)
