W3R3 - finally done!

Well finally I completed the 3 runs for Week 3. What a performance :-). It has taken 3 weeks - including a family crisis, a ear infection that affected my balance, but on Wednesday I finally got out to do run 2 and today run 3. Today the podcast broke halfway through the first 5 minute walk and I couldn't get it back! So I used my phone alarm and kept adding minutes for the next bit after the alarm went off. So I did a further 2 minute walk and then 2 minute run/2 minute walk (too much phaffing to do 90 seconds with the clock) followed by 3 minutes then repeat. I missed Laura, but found that 2 verses of Summer Holiday and 2 renditions of The Sun has got his hat on lasts for 3 minutes and kept me going. So on to Wk 4....

Happy weekend everyone :-).

Good going! I did the same run today, and was shocked it went as well as it did this week. A little nervous about week four, but I'll just take it as it comes. Keep posting! I like seeing people on the same part of the journey as I am. I'll be rooting for you! 😊 Have a good weekend.

Hmmm week 3 - that week took me two weeks to complete, I found it really hard. Good on you for keeping going through the malfunctions. Overriding the excuses to 'stop' is a hard one to conquer, Good luck for week 4 :)

Thank you Ellymeg. I have downloaded the podcast onto an mp3 player as it is much easier with Laura :-).
