Just completed week 3 , can't say it was easy but pushed through n did it, really don't think I'll manage 5 minute run on Monday but I'm gonna give it my best shot, feeling chuffed that I can now run 3 mins tho doesn't seem long ago that I was scared of the 1 min ones, any advice to keep me motivated welcome

Great for getting to the end of wk3. I'm sure you will manage your run on Monday. You ran 3 minutes non stop and wk1 was 60 seconds. All the runs up until now have prepared you for it. Good luck and well done 😊😊

Well done for getting to where you are. You will be amazed at what you can do, I was shocked when I ran 3 mins too, somehow 5 didn't feel so bad! You can do it!! X

That's encouraging thanks, it's amazing how long 3 minutes actually is when running so 5 sounds scary but this forum is really helping me believe I can do it

Well done. I'm not looking forward to wk3 at all.

You can do it. The ap is perfect for gradually running longer. 2 months ago I never imagined I would run for 30 minutes but yesterday I did! Just keep your runs at a steady pace and don’t go to fast. Good luck for Monday and let us know how you get on.

Strangely you'll find you can on Monday. If 5 mins feels too long don't stop, just slow down and keep going. Your fitness will build up to match what C25k asks of you. That's how it works. It's amazing. Keep it up.

1 min was the toughest run right? 3 mins is in the bag right? So all of the runs over past 3 weeks are your training completed for your 5 min runs. You’ve got this- just in the program- it really does work (with a bit of self belief and determination)! 🙂

Trust the programme and believe in yourself! You can do it. Stay slow and easy, and you’re there 👏🏻
