After my first unsuccessful attempt at w6r1 on Tuesday I felt really nervous setting off this morning... Already imagining myself heading back to w5 for a rerun... But took it slow, and on advice from you guys, imagined lovely breakfast, squirrels cheering and thought about anything but legs and breathing. Went really well and feel very happy now last two minutes was hard as it has a slight incline but I did it!! Yay!
