Well I’ve been getting my weeks muddled up so W6 is def what I’m on now 🙄. Just finished my run and it was very strange as I found this one much much harder than W5 R3 where I did 22 mins straight quite easily 🤔🤷♀️
The first 5mins I felt like giving up and walking 🤷♀️ I really don’t get it as I thought this would have been sooo much easier now. Oh well I did it and pleased with myself but it was strange 🤔
Going to clean the bathroom now 😊 enjoy your Sat whatever you’re doing 🌷

Keep going I am going to bed your encouragement and tips would be helpful! I have heard that it does seem tougher sometimes . Drink plenty of water before your run and eat a few nuts👍🍰not cake!😂
