Evening all pleased to report that tonight's one went reasonably well full stop it was a cold wind that blew in from the North West Tonight and Quite Bitter to run into full stop but the sky was clear and the stars bright and the distant wind farms was clearly visible with their red lights on.

When I finished week 5 last week I felt quite confident about this week. I had to tell myself not to be too confident and was also cautioned against it on here full stop

So into the running shoes and off I went with little protest from Stanley.

The first five minutes wasn't too bad but I unexpectedly attracted a loose husky who decided to run at me at speed so unsure what to do I started walking briefly with my arms by my side and refused to look at the dog. I am fine with dogs normally but I couldn't see his tail wagging and just a few weeks ago my other half got bitten while on a run , so I didn't want to take any chances. So as I walked for about 10 to 15 seconds I added that on to the end of the five minutes running. Even managed to complete the rest of the run with no problems or strange encounters in the dark I was annoyed at having to stop brought on the positive side it wasn't because I was struggling it was just a dog so I am hoping I can count this as a successful run and moving to run 2 on Thursday.

😂😂 Have you dictated that MotherPip? Love the full stops! 😂😂

Well, my view is that you can definitely class that as a successful run, 10-15 seconds is nothing which you made up for and you were in a dangerous situation!

That is one thing I worry about, getting bitten by a dog. I think we scare them coming at them at speed! Thanks for the tip. I'll try to remember that if it ever happens to me! 👍👍

I did dictate and when I said "full stop" it put a full stop in...... But later on I noticed it was changing the symbol back to my words but I hadn't realised it had done it all the way through. Dearie me that will teach me. Site is a bit glitches at the moment but I can't blame it for that lol 😱😱😱
