Last run completed yesterday, started a little too fast I think but managed to complete the full 30 mins.

Can't believe how much I'm enjoying it, hope next week is as successful

Well done. Try to keep your speed slow when you start. I know that's not easy but if you're aware of it it should be easier to sustain.

Well done! I found it hard to start slow at the beginning too and I still struggle with that now but it really does help. Happy running :)

Well done on your work so far. As you do further it gets easier to pace yourself I've found , I used to have that problem a lot in the beginning
