I also completed week 3 yesterday. I'm uncertain if I'll be able to run for 5 minutes next week, but I'm going to give it a go. Good luck!

It did go well, much to my surprise. Thanks for asking.I've taken a look at week 5 runs - heck, the 20 minute run on run 3 worries me. How do you feel about starting week 5?

I migh try the 20 min on run 1 . It then gives me another 2 chances to crack it .If I need to walk in the first 2 then mentally I’m ok with it.

Well done, you must feel so chuffed. I did the 3x5minute runs this morning. When I'm walking I want to run and when I'm running I want to walk. But I keep pushing.

I hope you are OK tomorrow 🤞

Simply trust the plan and follow it, slowly and steadily. As Instructor57 says; there is no need to repeat unless you don't manage the runs... there is a saying which I love.." Believe you can and you are half way there".

Many thanks & good luck for yourself. I don’t know about yourself but I tend to do run 1 slowly & then try to increase the pace on run 2&3 which is why I tend to think the next week I will struggle on . Buts that’s just me being a silly old fool.So many thanks & hope you react your goal.
