Well done you. I'm about to start W3, full of admiration for anyone who has actually done it.

Hi Boudicca, if you did week 2, I think Week 3 shouldn't be too bad! All the best with it! You can do it :)

Me too! I start week 3 on Wednesday. Good luck boudicca-I'll be thinking of you and hezzabella.

Week four is one of my favourites because I felt a real sense of achievement with the five minutes of running and the shorter recovery times. Loved it.

Oh that's great! Cant wait to begin Week 4! What week are you on now?

W7R3 this evening (I'm finding the September dusk perfect conditions for running), as long as I can fit it around Oscar Pistorius!

I started C25K last November, and have done W4 many, many times! It is my default setting after injury or illness, and if I can do one, I move onto W5.

Oh wow you're almost there!! Very inspiring to see that even though you had many breaks, you stuck with it! Way to go!

Nearly, and I'm putting this evening's run off until Monday, because of little health niggles today. I'm confident enough now that I will finish the rest of the programme, and it doesn't really matter when as long as I keep going.

Yes I'm sure you're going to finish and pretty soon at that! But like you said, it doesn't matter when! Well done!

Well done, you've come far from last week - good on you. I just this minute finished week 4 and as Delores says there is a real sense of achievment in that week - good luck with it.
