Amazing! You are a third of the way through the plan. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Trust the plan and run slow you CAN do this.

You have done brilliantly to complete week 3 and are now one third of the way through the plan.

Week 4 does seem like a jump, but trust the plan - it has been preparing you for the next step. Just slow your pace right down and then slow down some more, keep well-hydrated and stretch after each run. When it feels tough remind yourself of the reasons why you are doing this and that will spur you on.

Well done!! Also I hear you.... I was dreading doing the 3 minute runs in week 3 and the first run felt so tough, I just couldn’t get my head around the 5 minute runs at all.... actually I found these ok and so much better than I imagined they would be. Trust in the programme as you are better prepared than you realise. Also slow right down and find a slow steady pace, but keep the interval walks as brisk as you can. I’ve just completed the final run in week 5 (which is for a solid 20mins) and this feels like a huge achievement as I feel like I was exactly where u were a cpl of weeks ago. Make sure you are really hydrated and be positive that you can do it!!! 💪🏻

Just did my run this morning! It was so much easier than I thought but I definitely felt the increase in running time.

Honestly what everyone’s saying about believing in the plan is SO true. It’s amazing what your body can achieve in just a few weeks. Believing in “the plan” and what it’s built for actually helps my confidence before each run - so thank you to everyone that has said this! LdeP you will be fine!! 👍🏼 Let us know how you get on? X

Agree totally with everything everyone else has said. Hydrate, walk fast, run slow, stretch.

No need to be afraid you really can do this 😃
