Just finished week 3 run 3 and am super proud. Trepidation sinking in a little for week 4 as the 5 mins sounds scary and don't feel as ready as I should be. Come on lady #youvegotthis #bepositive

Yes you’ve got this, trust the programme the increase in running is only a little less walking and if you take it slow you will find you enjoy the running more

Bet you didnt. But you have. Trust in the program and have faith in yourself. You can do this. Just take it nice and slow and you'll be fine.

You absolutely can do it if you've done the other runs. Running can feel a bit alien I think for those of us who have never run. We're not used to it and how it feels. So there's always a nagging doubt because it is so new. But try not to think about it and just leave the house. It will happen!

I completed W3R3 today too and I'm in the same situation that week 4 is daunting to say the least. Could barely do the 3 min runs without crumbling...BUT in week 1 I could barely do the 1 min run lol so it's all in our head.

We can do this!

Week4? We spit on week 4 😂👍🏻

Yeah... 5 minutes sounds scary... but look what you’ve done so far... 60 seconds was tough, right? Now you’re running 3 times as long... you got 5 easy.

I'm also wrapping up week three and feeling very intimidated about those five minute runs... But I believe in us! Hundreds of people have come before us and made it through week four just fine – it's hard to believe now but I'm sure a week from now we'll have forgotten just what seemed so intimidating about a five-minute run. :)
