Now running 5k

I suppose it means that I have graduated. I have recently completed two parkruns with non stop running in 30:34 and 29:13. Now preparing for a 10k run on 06 September. Although I have done this by joining a beginners group at my local running club I only had the confidence to do so after doing the first four weeks of Couch to 5k. The running club followed a similar approach. This week is week 9 of the beginners group and we will be doing a continuous 35 min run along the local river. Thank you Couch to 5k and good luck to everyone out there with the courage to try it.

Thank you. Not sure how to ask for the badge though.
