Week 2 of a Couch to 5K Running Club!!We've gone from 15 runners in week 1 to 19 on week 2.We meet at Kenley Aerodrome each Sunday for an hour group session and then the members need to run 2 more times locally.I've been blessed to help start this as a more seasoned runner.Running is y #1 and love it because it brings so much.Well done ALL who are running!!Always important to recognise and celebrate hence this post too 😀Take care & stay safe.

This is absolutely brilliant to read! Couch to 5k is life changing and the more people that get involved, the better. Really good luck to your group of runners and massive well done to you for getting it going. I bet that’s a super rewarding thing to have done. ❤️

Thank you so much - it's a blessing to be able to help others get into running. It works both ways as I have found myself thinking deeper about my journey and sharing tips and some motivational videos as with most new habits it's all about getting into the right mindset for activity. Take care & stay safe.
