I finally finished my couch to 5k journey on Sunday afternoon with a run in my local forest park. It was certainly much harder than some of the other routes that I have used, however I really enjoyed it.
Then this morning I was out running on the footpaths to do a much easier 5k route. I plan to try and keep running two or three times a week over the next couple of months and basically enjoy being able to run 5k. If I manage to achieve that, then I might just consider doing a 10k program!!

Congratulations! Your plan sounds lovely, may you continue to enjoy it. (Just remember, once you have finished your consolidation weeks, not every run has to be 5k - you can mix it up a little - they'll tell you all about it on the Bridge😊 )
