Congratulations on your graduation. Please leave your username here for me or OlsBean so we can organise your well deserved graduation badge. we will try not to leave you waiting too long as we know how great they feel when they arrive.
I would like to clarify the position of earning your graduation badge. To get your badge you will of completed the full training podcasts and be able to run for 30 min. It does NOT matter if you can not run 5km, you are a graduate after running 30 min for three times.
So it is fair to everybody please do not ask for your badge until you have completed week 9 run 3.

Me... me... can I have one of them shiny badges pleaseee... Finished w9 last saturday and have been doing the stepping stone podcast this week. Not shedding off enough kg though
I actually did it! Final run of week 9 completed this morning! I would never have thought it possible to run for 30 minutes when I first started, but this plan really works. Looking forward to starting the Audio Fuel podcasts now. Please may I have a badge??
Me please! Can't really believe it but yes I can run for 30 minutes!! What an incredible programme this is. I'm recommending it to everyone who will listen. Thanks
Completed week 9 run 3 tonight, really pleased. Very motivating programme, it has helped me rebuild my fitness after fracturing my arm earlier this year, I've lost some weight and actually enjoyed it.
Me too please! Can't believe it but I'm here, finished wk 9 today after making excuses a few times that a run 'didn't qualify' for some reason or other. Today's did and it's time for the next phase
Hi I have just completed c25k today. Ran the last run in week 9. I was so full of energy that i continued on to 5k to see if I could. I am so pleased with myself.
Hi my user name is Neeseydriveway and after years of attempting this program I have finally done it!! I could not be more happy and proud. I feel the best I have for many years at 47 years old. Thank you
Afternoon all! Whoop whoop! 23rd June 2015! The day I graduated and became a runner! I look forward to receiving my badge! Thank you all for your support Beenal xxx
Whooopie - truly from couch potato to a proper runner, and loved every mintue (well maybe not every minute). May I be awarded the badge of honour please.
Oh sorry RFC I've just left a reply on an old thread enquiring after a gradbadge.
I finished last night - managed 2.84 miles in 35 mins ( was trying to do 5k for the helluvit) until my battery ran out. This is the 4th time in 3 1/2 years tthat I've attempted Couch to 5k and this time I succeeded - with the 27 runs - so I'm delighted.
This community forum has really helped me achieve it this time - that and the carrot of a gradbadge!
Well after 9 weeks and 27 runs I finally did it. I went past the 30 mins until I had done the 5k on Sunday. How I would love a shiny badge as a momento of my efforts!
Hi, I completed W9R3 this morning - in June by the skin of my teeth!. As Ugifer suggested, I ran 4.4 km (well, 4.35) in 33.5 minutes to prepare for my first race in a couple of weeks.
May I have a badge? To go with my celebratory chocolate? Thank you!
Hello please can I have a badge? I completed the 9 week programme by July 1 and then went on holiday. I'm afraid it was a (no) running holiday but since returning I've built up running times again first 20, then 25 and now 30 mins so do I qualify ? Thank you
