2 weeks off should I repeat week 3 or go straight to week 4? Had a break for 2 weeks due to a chest infection had finished week 3 & was due to start wk 4 should I redo wk 3 or start week 4 as planned?

Try week 4 would be my suggestion. I am sure you will be fine but if it is a bit too much you could step back to week 3 next time.

I had the same issue around the same point in the programme. So I'd say go for it, and if you find it really hard then repeat the last run on week three, but I'm sure you'll do fine!

Whenever I've had to take time off for sickness I've done the last run again just to build my confidence a bit. I had two weeks off recently and repeated the first run of week 6. It took two attempts but then I've carried on straight through them.

As Not a Runner says, it really is a confidence thing. I am sure that you can do it, so suggest you give it a try. If it is tough, you can always repeat, but maybe just the last run of the week.

personally I would go back to w 3, chest infections can really take the stuffing out of you...
