Repeat wk 3 or move on to wk 4?

i completed wk 3 last tuesday but have suffered with a coldy thing and been away for a few days so havent run since. I need to get back to it tomorrow but as it has been a week do i go on to wk 4 or redo the last run of week 3 as i am still not feeling A1? any suggestions?

Run wk 4, as you have said, you have done week 3.

If you are not recovered from your cold, I would leave it till you are then resume with W4. No point forcing yourself back out before your body is ready.

Yay i gave it an extra day but felt good this morning so went for it and I did it wk 4 r 1 completed and i am so pleased with myself as when i first set off i thought i wouldnt be able to do it :-)
