Hello friends , I have just completed w2r3. I found the last run tough although I’ve managed to do each one 100% im thinking about whether I should do wk two agAin so I’m going into wk 3 stronger? I’m not sure whether I should or the point is that each wk you’re pushed a bit more ?

Make sure, that you are just moving gently... breathing normally and landing lightly. Warm up well and stretch after each and very run...Each run will make you stronger,and each week, stronger still,. Stamina and strength exercise on non rest days is important too, on this journey
I think we all felt like that - it’s fear of the unknown. W3 was my favourite week so far (i’m on W5 now) you will smash it. Iannodatruffe gave me the same advice - it’s sound advice - only repeat a week if you don’t complete a run. Give it a go - you’ll be great. Good luck & keep us posted.
