Just completed week 3/run 1. I was quite surprised at my stamina for the 3 minute runs, however I was watching my feet and I noticed that my left foot seem to be landing on the outside of the foot rather than the whole foot, I hope I explained myself.

If you sart on the outside of your foot and roll in, it is called supination, but do not rely on Google or forum advice for things that affect your physical wellbeing. Go get gait analysis.
Well, I went to a sports shop who offered gait analysis. They said my feet are neutral, however my feet do not roll, rather I land on the whole of the foot... bang, bang, bang!
The lady recommended Asics Gel pursuit 2 trainers, they did feel softer during the gait analysis!
