Week 3 officially started and my knees are killing me. I think my running technique is all wrong. When I run I try to land on the balls of my feet, as I’ve been told not to land on my heel or my toes. However, when I try to land on the balls of my feet I either stomp the ground flat footed or I kick the floor creating a sort of scrape motion with my foot. Any advice?

Not sure if it’ll help, but I was told to aim for the middle of my foot, which would be slightly further back than the ball, and that seems to work ok.

Ok... don’t lift that foot any more than you need to... as long as both feet are briefly off the ground together you are running!
