Went out for our family run this morning. I’m finding that it’s me that motivates everyone! (Who knew!). As you’ll see it’s me that’s ages behind, but I actually don’t care that much. The 3 minute run was quite tough, particularly the 2nd run and my legs felt like they were burning. BUT I DID IT! Pleased with myself once again. 😊

How wonderful to do this as a family. Obviously you took the position at the back to keep an eye out for everyone, like all good coaches!

I did week 3 Run 1 this morning too-my calves are still burning!!!!
My legs are still aching a bit too. 🙄
Just been researching calf pain-it seems to be a common theme with everyone. Stretching seems to help!
