Did it! The 25 minutes run 3 of week 6, on a different route, beside the river and over Iffley lock, with an uphill section (that hurt!). When Laura said "a minute to go - if you're feeling ok, why not up the pace and finish on a high!", I did, and it felt good. When she said "now you can walk, I looked at my wrist and saw I wasn't far off 3.5Km, so I carried on until I'd done that distance. Big grins!

It was, apart from the gradient up into Iffley from the lock 2/3 into the run!

Congratulations! A hill at the end of a run is a trial, I know, but so worth it! Mine don't seem nearly so steep, nor so long now :-) Keep posting!
