Well after struggling with run 2 this week I was really worried about today's run...

I headed out and did surprise myself and managed to finish.... although got a terrible stitch about 15mins in but plodded on...

Any tips on stopping this or helping when get one would be greatly appreciated.

Still chuffed to bits whole 25mins without stopping whoop whoop !!

TIA

Well done ! πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸ‘‹πŸƒ

It's nice to get that first 25 minutes under your belt .

Often the stitch can be to do with your breathing, so trying to take deeper slower breaths , or maybe just slowing the pace ever so slightly .

Well done for running through it though .

I found I really enjoyed week 7 because I knew I had already done it on week 6 run 3.

Just beware of setting off to fast would be my advice .

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, to avoid a stitch, drink plenty of water to keep hydrated and run a little slower than you did today, onwards and upwards to week 7. 😊 πŸƒπŸΎ

Hi, completed mine today! It went well. I was happy with it. I certainly started off slowly, and only increased my speed half way.... we did it , so great . Next run on Sunday!
